Terms of purchase and Condition
The following terms of purchase and use apply to the sale of products and other property (hereinafter referred to as the products) by Miniware AB, Org number: SE559217-9211, (hereinafter referred to as Miniware AB and/or http://www.miniwarfeeurope.com), unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between each customer (below called the customer) and miniwareeurope.com. When selling to consumers, miniwareeurope.com applies the mandatory rules that follow from applicable law. If you are a trader and wish to order, please contact miniwareeurope.com before the purchase.
Shipping and delivery
Flat rate shipping
We use a flat rate shipping on all orders within EU. Your order is sent with the best carrier suited for your region and will be delivered to your home or to your delivery point. You may be notified by SMS and / or E-mail to the mobile number and / or email address you enter when ordering.
Fast & safe delivery
The items that are available to add to the shopping cart are stock items for immediate delivery. All orders placed before 12.00 are normally sent the same day, valid on weekdays. Delivery time is normally 2-5 days depending on where in EU you live.
Change of address after purchase
If we have time to change the address before the order has left the warehouse, we will do so. In some cases this is not possible and then a change costs of EUR 25 will be charge (a fee that the carrier charges which we cannot influence). Therefore, double check when ordering that your information is correct.
Miniware AB is responsible for costs if the product is damaged or gets lost on the way to you. You must then contact our customer service as soon as possible, but no later than within 60 days. If the item is lost or damaged when you return the item, you will be liable for payment.
If we receive packages that have not been redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you for all the costs that arise in connection with such a return + handling cost in total EUR 30. The money is deducted from the amount paid for the order.
We at Miniware obviously want you to be happy with your product. That is why we always give you an open purchase for 30 days. The only condition is that the product is returned in original condition, package unbroken and not used.
For purchases via our webshop, you can send your return back to our main warehouse. If you choose to send back a return, first contact our customer support at email@example.com were you will get a return ID-Number to put in the package and the return address were to send your products. Use the same shipping bag you received and reseal with the adhesive strip. Return the item to any postal agent, as a regular letter / package. We recommend that you choose a traceable letter / package. Remember to send the package so that it is possible to track and save the tracking number. Miniware will not cover any cost for the return. As soon as we have received your items we will reimburse you. Please note that if the product is broken when we receive it/them we will not be able to give any refund. We will credit the return amount on your card within 14 days of receiving your return.
Change color or item
If you want to exchange an item, the easiest and fastest way is to place a new order in the shop for the item you want to exchange for. Then you return your first order to us as above.
We offer the following payment methods via Klarna Payment
Card payment – VISA / Mastercard / AMEX
You can always feel confident in trading with cards issued by VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. We cooperate with Klarna Payment, which is Sweden’s most used cash solution * (Klarna.se) and offer you and us full credit and fraud risk management.
When you pay by card, you are forwarded to a secure page with SSL certificates at Klarna, where you safely fill in your card details and complete the payment. Once the payment has been approved, you will be sent back to miniwareeurope.com where you will receive a confirmation that your purchase has been completed. No extra fee will be added when you pay by card.
We make sure that our products are of the highest quality, that they deliver as they should and not least that you are satisfied with your Miniware products. Should you receive a defective product, you have the right to make a complaint for 3 years from the time you bought the product, provided that the defect is original. If you have an accident with a Miniware product, we will help you as much as possible to repair it at as low cost possible.
NOTE! In the event of a complaint, an investigation of the product is made. In the event of a dispute, Miniware AB will follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations.
Purchased product from a retailer
If you want to return a product purchased from a retailer, please return it to the retailer. All our dealers have good routines for handling complaints.
Bought in Miniware webshop
It is good to have your receipt, the order number or the e-mail that you provided when you ordered the goods available so we can find your order. Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org We will then help you get the product sent to us free of charge. When we have received the item and the complaint is approved, we will send a new item or refund what you paid. If you have received a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please contact customer service as soon as possible, but no later than within 60 days after you discovered the error.
